Small Issue - Ctrl + Enter 1

This is just a small little problem that's annoying. For the rare occassions that I actually use IE Ctrl + Enter doesn't work in the address bar. I'm running a fresh install of Windows XP (without SP2) and everything worked fine before reinstallation. Is there anything in particular that I can do to get this fixed again? Thanks.

Make sure that "Use autocomplete" is enabled in Internet Options > Advanced, otherwise it will not work.
