Slow Typing New Message 1

Hello All,

I have a user that has an interesting problem. When she tries to compose a new email the typing is delayed and its extremly slow to create a new message. However, when replying to a message it works just fine. I'm lost as to what this can be, any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Outlook 2000 SR1
W2K Prof SP4
Exchange 5.5 SP4 on W2k SP4
