Hi

We have a problem with our 2003 Terminal server

everytime a user logs onto the server this strange process called "Deaf Gram.exe" starts up and slows the server down and we have about 15 users so things just grind to a halt.

we can stop the process which helps but we don't know where it comes from

we have done an AV scan with the latest def's but it doesn't find anything we've also tried a spyware/adware removal tool but still it keeps comming back

We've also seached of the file but i can't find it

does anyone know what this process is or how to permantly stop it from loading

Thanks

Michael Cullen

Have you tried using msconfig to stop this from startup?

This could be something to look at:

It doesn't specifically say "deaf gram.exe", but does have parts of the name there, and you know how virus's and spyware just modify the name a little for their creators "pleasure".
