Slow over network

Try running windows performance monitor Network counters. You'll want to try to locate the bottleneck. Is it the NIC card on the server or a problem with the swtich. Is your NIC card set to full duplex or auto detect? Are you using CISCO switches 100MBit? If you are then you need to set the switch and the card to full duplex to get 100 mbit throughput. That is a known issue. Check with your Network engineers.
