Slow File Write to client drive (delphi app)

Hi All,
We are facing a problem of file write/transfer within a delphi application when it try to export to client driver directly.
The slow is a real drama, by monitoring the file activities we saw that it doesnt use FASTIO file writing.

Any help is appreciated.
