Slow connection on a published app

Hi all,

What would cause a slow connection on the published app? There is more than enough access for clients to connect to yet when they try to connect to the app there is a waiting period of maybe 5 - 10 minutes.

Can you explain more, OS, Citrix Versions, Service Packs, Client configuration.

Also, how many printers have each client?

Is there any issues with the Print Spooler?

What happens if you stop the spooler, get users to login, any difference?

Per chance Mark, have you recently applied Win2K Service Pack 4 to your Citrix server? This is one of the system I had encountered after the install.
 
No I as far as I know SP4 has been there for a while. See I have recently taken over this companies IT dept. I have only been here a month and there are certain problems I need to fix. The previous guy left weeks before I got here so I am not sure how he set things up.
