Slow boot - Event Viewer

We are running a Windows 2000 server (Windows 2000 - Build 5.00.2195 - Service Pack 3) and it recently started having some problems. Can anyone help me identify whatthese errors mean and how to resolve them if possible. Any input is appreciated.
