Slow access to ASP Pages

I am hosting an information web site for my company where employees add/update information regarding calls from clients.

I haven't had many problems with it running slow until recently.

I have an Access 2000 DB serving the ASP pages with XP Pro, IIS 5.1, 1.6GhZ Athlon, 512 RAM

When I try to access an ASP page it appeasr as if the Network "lags" in the upload. I downloaded a bandwidth monitor that monitors Upload/Download speeds. The upload seems to work OK going to other pages for both Up and Download however it does not move when I am accessing the ASP pages specifically from them server itself through IE 6.0.

Any Suggestions? I am frazzled!

Have you found a solution yet, I basically have the same problem and setup.
