Don't know where to start here. We usually can't access a website at 61.135.129.134, it either takes forever and times out or maybe just gets in. We don't have any problems with any other websites. We simply have one firewall which connects to our ISP cisco router. I have spoken to them and they say it is slow at their end but can get ti the site (viacomoutdoor.com.cn). If I try the site from my home broadband line it instantly gets there. Can our traffic be going to a slow router to this site or something? Where can I start to look at the problem? I have put a laptop infront of the firewall so I can see if it's out network, but it still is so slow.

See if you can do a traceroute and see where the delay is the longest , if it's on your network start looking around , if it looks to be somewhere out on the web then it's going to be hard trace down .

Couple of things perhaps worth checking..

1. Do you or the ISP employ a proxy server. You may find the ISP is running a transparent proxy albeit if this was an issue, I'd expect the performance to be variable from very poor to sometimes ok.

2. If you resolve the site's URL to an IP address then browse to the IP and not the URL, does this improve performance?

tried your link.. from the corporate network here at work and its really slow as well..
i doubt this problem is your issue.
