My W95 Dell Desktop (Pentium I, 48MB ram, lots of hardrive space, 56K modem, local ISP) has become slower and slower using the internet. Downloading a file recently, the rate was about 1Kb/sec.

What should I be checking to find the bottleneck? FWIW... when using the pc off-line, it appears to be working fine.

Suggestions? Thanks. .... capricedog
