Slipstreaming Office 2000 SP3

I need to integrat sp3 into my copy of office on the network. I did this a long time ago for sr-1, but don't remember all the steps now. I don't feel like reinventing the wheel, so if anyone has recently done it and can give me the steps that would be great. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't make me try to navigate thru Microsofts purposfully cryptic site.

In case it matters...

Currently I deploy office 2000 thru Active Directory group policy on a machine level.
