slippery SOAP

I'm trying to activate a web service using VFP 8. I am new to this environment(soap)
1 I tested the register web service WIKI and it worked perfectly
2 but the service provider I am to use has a modified wsdl file and has no soapaction, so when you try to register the service it fails. How can I register the service without a soap action or can I use the service without registering it?
