Slide show - know of a good one?

Hi,

I know there are loads of good slide shows, but there are so many its taking quite a while to pick/find a great one.

I'm looking for one that has:
fade in
automatic/manual options
easy to load pics on client side (prehaps via xml?)
preloader

If anyone knows of a v.good one let me know.
