Hi there!

I have a menu created in fireworks, that when exported as images and HTML for placing into Dream weaver the spacer gifs, within the tabel created for the menu cause the existing cells, in the HTML page to also space.
its important this dont happen becasue the site needs to be able to resize to the window / screen size.

DOes ne1 have ne tricks to get round this? there are alot of different settings for exporting in fw im sure its a matter of using the correct ones..

i need to see what your talking about....a link and would help...to either the file or the site

ok so what you might want to do is nest a fixed table width inside your parent table that is set to 100%
this way you can build the site for a minimum resolution of 800x600 but design it for the larger resolutions as well.
as for the menu it looks fine one my cpu
[afro] yup im a star whore

yeah i fix the menu issue with a back ground gif in the cell above the cell the menu table was in.

I dont think i should have had to but its a fix, for now ;)

as for the minimum res issue, i tried creating a i cell table in each frame at 100%x100%. then another table with fixed cell sized for the images, except for the cells in this table witch have back ground running gifs, they are still at 100% also.

either way it not stoping the site from being skewed, am i doing it wrong :|?
