In OZ I offer help, here people like Belvedere help but there seems to be no one helping in the EU area and it is all well and good saying go to the NTAC website but many of us at times get cut off due to, for example changes of employmnt but do you think a trained tech who has changed employer should be stopped from working on a system he intimately knows just because he isn't now working for an approved dealer? My knowledge, my career, my customer, my income! NEC sold the system and make nothing from software upgrades so why alienate the knowledgeabe techs? Well we can always take them to the likes of 3CX and cut NEC out of the picture completely. Which would NEC prefer? It's time NEC decided on a future stategy that includes those who would like to be on their side!
