How can change or Uploading Auto Attendant Greetings message i have SL2100 and 12button tel (12txh-a1)

Up/Downloading is in the user access on Webpro. AA greetings are done on an attendant phone (set in mailbox settings) instruction menu. Starts with 001 goes to 032. In that mailbox when you get in dial 72 (SA) to get to the menu.

i cant find mailbox in my phone settings.
and i cant find where i can uploading in Webpro

I find it by typing user1 and 1111 but i find 5 inmail audio
