SL1100 IP Phone registering to SL2100 1

Hey guys. New the world of the NEC Key systems. I have an SL2100 that I'm trying to get an SL1100 IP Phone to register to it. I have the phone defaulted and have tried everything to get it to register. I have the switches IP in the phone and I have tried the auto, manual and PNP setting without any luck. Even tried hand jamming the username, password and extension with different combinations, instead of the PNP. I have also checked load 15-05 for the extension and set the mac and phone type. I have also verified that the phone is using 5080. Sometimes I get a "duplicate register port" message on the phone. Any help with this is much appreciated.

Duplicate register port, release the extension in MB 90-23 using webpro of through phone programming.
Factory default the phone, set your IP address to the PBX (10-12-09), set 10-46 to plug-n-play, it should come up.

I ended up reloading the switch and restoring from a backup and everything came up. But I had to set the IP phones up to use log in vs the PNP. Thanks for the help
