We have a customer who wants to integrate SFB with IPO R10. Question they have is will calls to other SFB users in remote offices be free or will they be routed through their normal trunk lines and thus be charged?
Havent come across a document with the accurate answer to this question.

Please assist.

It all depends on how you plan to integrate SFB.
Are they gonna use SFB as a softphone with Enterprise Voice or are you just using the SFB plugin?

Can we integrate SFB with Enterprise Voice on IP Office? Please share docs or details of whats required.

You can, but the Enterprise Voice licenses are pricey, so customers usually don't go that route.

Don't know if there's any docs on it, but basically you setup a trunk against SFB.
The tricky part is configuring it so you get correct presence in all call scenarios, especially if you have a hybrid with IPO extensions and SFB extensions.
