Good Morning,
I am having a pretty strange issue with size restrictions. I have a user that I want to be able to receive attachments of any size and so far it is not working. We have a front end and a back end exchange server and the NDR that I get when trying to send to this user is from the Front end server saying "This message is larger than the current system limit or the
recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again."
Now here are my settings. Global receive: nothing specified. Global send: 7500kb. And I have looked in the smtp virtual server for BOTH servers and there is nothing. I have also looked in the connectors for both and there is nothing there either. The only thing I can think is I thought I read somewhere that the Global send and receive uses the least of the two even if you don't have one checked it would use the other if it is a limit. Is this true? I am at a loss.
