Site won't synchronize with remote site?

Sometimes DW can't determine server's time and because of this DW can't do synchronize... Good Luck!

Honestly I think it's impossible...
But what you also can do. It's not the best idea but some desicion anyway. You can use File Check In/Check Out feature. In general people use it when more than one developer/designer works on a site, but it's still can be useful for you.
When you edit any file you must do check out of this file from the server, and when you are done just do check in. It helps you to know which files you have created/edited and not yet uploaded to server.
I always use this system even when I work alone - I can work on a file from both work and home. Good Luck!
