Does anybody know how to setup a site to site VPN from a Checkpoint FW running NG to a symantec FW 200R.....Any input would be greatly appreciated as I am at a lost here.

Cross manufacturer VPN does not always work, SYMANTEC is the worst I have experienced in this regard. If you want to keep the 200R, buy another one for the other site...otherwise good luck.
