Hi,

This site just went live.
All the pages validate, but two visitors have reported,
Am trying to look at the website, but can't see anything but blue color and a couple lines of text."

Don't know if they are PC or MAC or which browser version they use.

Would appreciate a viewing and feedback on this problem.

Thanks,

Cindy

I can see the page very good. My PC:

Intel, Debian CID, Mozilla 1.5.

Cheers.

winxp - ie6 -- everything looks fine

Listen All I ask is that You close out a Post You Started!!!!

It seems to be a problem with IE 5.5 and 4.0 on PC

HELP!!!

I am on IE 5.0 and I have to move my horizontal scrollbar to the middle before I can see your logo (1024 x 768 resolution).

"Share Your Tips With Yesodot" type blocks have text all on one line so they end up taking up about 75% of the screen space. I guess I would start by looking at your "tip" class first.

I checked it with the latest Opera, Mozilla, Firebird and IE (on XP) and it looks OK. However, I noticed a problem with Mozilla and Firebird. They are displaying the following as a regular hyperlink.

<a href=&quot;#links&quot;><img src=&quot;images/spacer.gif&quot; alt=&quot;Skip to Main Navigation Links&quot; width=&quot;8&quot; height=&quot;8&quot; border=&quot;0&quot; /></a>

If your intent is to hide this, then a better way of doing this is to:

<span class=&quot;hide&quot;><a href=&quot;#links&quot;>Skip to Main Navigation Links</a></span>

Where the CSS class for hide is:

.hide {
position: absolute;
visibility:hidden;
left: -1000px;
}

The skip link tag appears on every page, but only the index.html page is rendering improperly on IE 5.5 and 4.0 (PC) which leads me to be suspicious of the table on the left as that table does not appear in other pages.

Oops! Thanks! The problem ended up being the padding inside of a table which was inside of a table. I removed padding from the styles for items which are tables within tables and the problem cleared.
