Hi:
I'm using IIS 5.0.
The problem is that if I type "web-link.org" (no www) in my browser address bar, I get directed to the wrong site, or maybe the wrong page. The correct result should be The result I get is . That page is used as the target of a redirect from another site on the server,
So, one server, two interconnected domains. Type in and you get our index page. Type in and you go to a completely server side page that checks the user's browser, then redirects to a page under our security certificate.

I'm thinking something is mis-configured, since "entry-online.org" without to the same page as including the www, but not so with web-link.org.

Any ideas much appreciated!
TIA,
Dan

Gee, if I had only looked a <little> further down the list of posts on this page! The answer is to use host header names - see MS KB #308163 - it worked a treat for me. :-D

there will be no hostheader for web-link.org so it will resolve to the default site for that IP.

be aware that search engines see non- as different sites and therefore duplicates.
