Does anyone know of an Internet site, or other source, for pre-programmed Access Database Templates?
I don't really have time to do a decent job of the application I am thinking of, and life would be a lot simpler if I could find or buy an application that is very close to my eventual needs -- of course with open code that I could modify if necessary.
I am thinking about a "Sales on consignment" application. It would need to have a Master Product table (ideally added to by barcodes, although not necessary), a Consignor's/Buyers table, a table to keep track of all the Products that a particular Consignor has consigned, invoicing capability for Buyers, statement capability for Consignors, keeping track of what's been sold and what the Consignor has been paid for.
I see most of the work in the invoicing/statement part, along with the updating of the individual records once a Consignor statement has been generated and paid.
I look forward to your thoughts.
Roy
