Sir I am trying to connect to nec sv 9100 via pcpro but it is showing the following error

System port is closed standby Dual cpu must be offline for mat connection
Set standby dual cpu to off line and retry

Plz help

The SV9100 does not offer a standby CPU option. The SV9300 does as does the older 2000 IPS. What system are you working on?
