Is any one using this technology? And if so how is behaving?

We are looking to implement this ina high call volume call center enviorment.

I just want to see if any out is using this with a similar envoirment.

I have been unable to find an authoritative answer on how to get this working. My current challenge is to get this working in order to tie together a Nortel Succession and Cisco CallManager. If I find out anything interesting, I'll let you know.
