SIP Trunk problem

i'm trying to configure a SIP Line on IPO Server Edition 9.1.0 on Linux , when a call is presented to an extension from external number, the user take the handset , and the call is dropped. The same problem on outgoing calls , its says "Access denied".
When i use monitor to trace what happen , its shows 403 Forbidden in my SIP trace.
can anyone help me ?

403 forbidden means wrong credentials.
How is the SIP Trunk setup?
Sip tab in user filled out?

i fix the incoming calls
now for the outgoing calls, the trace show 407 error code , Proxy Authentification Required .
