wow this took me a total of 5 secs to find this list!
Les.net and unlimitel.ca are the two I am using for the last ,almost, 3 years and they are dependable and have good quality service. Unlimitel.ca is my preferred one because they will tell you in advance of any outages for maintenance (usually somewhere on the weekend between 2am and 6am and they also let you know if there where any problems with the service so that you can sleep better should you have had any problems and try troubleshooting your equipment for nothing.
