Sip Phone, ACD, Headset Oh My

I am testing SIP hand sets for the Call center. I have a headset and when a inbound call comes in on a bridge appearance I press headset button and the set picks up my main line giving me dial tone. I tried every setting with no joy. When the Set was H323 the head set button picked up the ringing line. Any thoughts??

An another Observation. When the set was sip non ACD the headset button picked up the ringing line.

let's see your settings file and set firmware...

And when you say the headset key picked up the brdg-appr when non-ACD, do you mean "not logged in as an agent" and/or "not using the CALLCTRSTAT parameters?
