Hello everyone,

We've installed an SV9100 CP20 into a hotel and the bedroom handsets are Cetis VOIP phones (9700IPMWD5, 3500IPMWD5 and 3500IPTRM models). The phones register ok with the NEC and you can make a call from them to an admin extension such as the hotel's reception phone, but if you call from an admin phone to a bedroom is says "SIP Out Of Range". Licensing and port capacity seems to be ok. I searched the forum for similar issues and I couldn't find very much about this particular error message. Is there some setting on the NEC or on the phones (more likely, I feel) that I'd need to change maybe? I've attached a screenshot that my colleague passed to me, it's part of the config from one of the phones, I don't know if that helps at all?

Thanks,

Dave

I had similar things happening try changing 24-02-15 SIP out of range timer I changed to 15 and works for me.
