This is on a New install of IP Office 6.0.8, with 4 1616 IP phones, 24 channel sip trunk, 4 SIP trunk licenses.
When first installed yesterday, this worked fine, today-no JOY! (which makes me think license issue, but I've jumped ahead)
When a call originates on a cellphone, comes into a station from a SIP trunk, and the station is set to call forward to a cell phone over another SIP trunk, the cell phone will ring, the call will connect, but there is no audio.
If you call the station over SIP line from any another source except a cell phone, it works fine, or if the station is not forwarded to a cell phone it works fine.
We have tested this with several different cell phone providers (Verizon, Sprint, AT$T, Nexttel) and it does not seem to matter which one initiates the call, or which one it is forwarded to. If the call comes from a cell phone and is forwarded to a cell phone, no audio.
These tests were also made with no other call traffic, which to me rules out VCM overload.
Any help???
