Hi Guys,
Just want to see if anybody else has experienced this. Sip trunks were working fine, incoming and outgoing, then we realised that the provider set it up with the wrong pilot number, so they decommissioned it and set it back up with the correct pilot number.
Thing is now when you are trying to make an outgoing call it rings on your end, but doesn't complete. When looking at the Sip trunk on sysmon you see it sieze the first channel, try to make the call then drop, in active call you see it saying "waiting for line" all the while still ringing in your ear piece.
It's really strange, because I did not change any of the config from when it was working, yet provider is saying my config is wrong.
Any ideas?
Also, what's the fastest way to turn off 100 mailboxes? Please don't say do it individually lol.
