SIP Extensions

Folks,

Have an ongoing issue where a SIP extension goes into 'Busy Wrap-Up' and locks up. You either have to reboot the switch or dial the extension directly to free it up. The Extensions are in a hunt group and they are used for an IVR system.(DataVoice). Any thoughts?

Well, took it up to 5.0.26 to no avail. I will say it is better though. Before the upgrade, it would start building up until all SIP extensions were in busy wrap up. It would take about a day and a half. The system has been on .26 and in three days, only 5 are still in busy wrap up. Any more suggestions?

Try to delete the users and let them re-register

Deleted 6 extensions and they re-registered. Now 4 more (different than the original 6) are in Busy Wrap up.

Raise the problem with Avaya looks like the problem is back, or try to downgrade to 5.0.24
