I have a issue I cant seem to find any document to tell me how to fix this issue.

Einity link partially up. This is my link to the CM

cm doesn't support udp signaling groups...

What a about tcp being partially up

Delete the UDP entity link and all will be good

SM is telling you that 1 of the 2 entity links to the CM is down and the other up hence partially up!
