SIP Carriers

We are in the process of looking for a SIP carrier. We have narrow down our selection to the following:

1. Level 3

2. Verizon

3 AT&T

Can anyone offer any input on the above three carriers as it relates to the SIP service, and support.

In europe I work with verizon. No problem and an excellent service
