Can someone here has an idea on this :
Call center system being in place , both inbound and outbound calls are SIP calls / and caller-id are defined in Session Manager .
Sometimes for outbound calls, clients are complaining that they receive private number, however , this is a random event .
Shall you have an idea , please help.
