We are deploying the SIP phones everywhere with good success with templates. We have a few test call center templates and when I try to dup one to utilize all 8 buttons on page 1, it only allows me to assign 6 and the remainder go to page 2. Our call center wants to use all 8 and someone mentioned the 46XX settings file? Ours is huge and not very familiar with this other than the phones need it and is there a setting in there that needs to be changed so I can assign all 8 buttons? thanks in advance. BETH
