Single Remote T7316 via Fiber

I need to install a single T7316 at a guard house and they have no copper at all at this location. They do have a fiber feed from the main building that has a CICS.

I know I can use a Citel fiber Extender but that is a little over kill because that unit is used for an 0x12 and the untit is almost 1,000.00.

Is there a device that is less expensive and would extend a single nortel set?
