I have a field that indicates whether or not a product has been discontinued and I use a check box in that field.&nbsp;&nbsp; The problem is that there are several records for each product, so if I want to check the box for discontinuation, I have to do it for each individual record that has that product.&nbsp;&nbsp; Is there any way to fix it so I only have to check one box and the rest of the boxes for that product do it automatically? <br>Thanks!!

Sounds like you need to have a separate Product Table with the indicator, then relate your other table(s) to thatProduct table using the ProductID. Non-duplication of data is a basic tenent of relational databases so just hooler if you need help re-designing your tables, it's a critical first step. BTW, there is now a new forum just for Access Tables so you may want to post there.
