IS-IT--Management
Hi,
We just moved our users from a NT4 domain into AD. (W2k Pro Sp3, Office 2000 SP3).
Since then, when I open an Excel file with macros, the usual prompt that asks me if I want to open the file with the macros active or disabled does not appear. Then when I try to manually run the macro, I get a pop up message saying the macros are disabled and I have to refer to documentation to activate the macros!?!
I thought it was a AD group policy thing, but my superiors who manage group policy swears there is nothing that prevents macros in Excel from being executed. So where in Excel can I activate disabled macros? Or is it really an AD group policy restriction?
Thanks for any info,
Danny.
