Simultaneous Paging - Two Extensions Aren't Working

I have a site with a Partner ACS R6 that does Simultaneous Paging to all of the phones in the office. On two of the phones the page doesn't come through the intercom, though. I checked #502 and both extensions are part of Calling Group set up for the page (Calling Group 1). I also checked to see if the DND buttons were turned on, and they weren't. The speakers on the phones seem to be working as well. Any other ideas?

Can you press intercom * and the extension and page those extensions individually?
 
Update - I had the site check their volume levels when I was trying to page the extensions individually and it turned out that both extensions had the volume turned all the way down. Thanks very much for the help, TCB, as trying to page them individually made me think of the volume levels.
