Simplified Chinese Font for Excel

I need to install a Simplified Chinese language pack for Excel 2000, but not sure where or how to get it. I've gone into add/remove features for Office and added it that way and it will work for Word, but not Excel. I've also tried adding it through the control panel in Windows, but that doesn't work either. I would appreciate any help.
