Simple Server, on my machine for testing

I want to use a server on my machine (win98,128MB,5GB) for testing my pages I create with Dreamweaver + CGI or PHP.

Is there a simple easy to install and use server I could use?

What language are u using for cgi

usually these run of linux machines (at least to my knowledge : ) both php and cgi only work on that platform
