This seems so simple I feel stupid just asking. All I'm trying to do is have incoming calls ring at station XXXX and after 30 seconds ring Station XXXX and YYYY.
I have a cov ans group setup with XXXX and YYYY and a cov path for XXXX that after 30 seconds goes to the Cov Ans group but for some reason it stops ringing XXXX. Hate to use another key on the phone as they don't have that many (9620s). I'm sure I've done this before though I'm off site and have a difficult time trying stuff.
Suggestions?

What you are trying to do is use the called station in the coverage answer group which is a coverage point for the called station.

The reason it's not ringing on xxxx is because it has gone to cover and xxxx cannot cover to xxxx, so it only rings at yyyy

Maybe putting xxxx and yyyy in a call pickup group would work better for you.

Thanks for the reply. No other way to do that? They can't hear each other's phone ring, in two different parts of the building.

Set it to goto a new ext then program bridge appearances of that ext on each phone and make sure that bridge call alerting is on. Would require another key though :(

Do the day and let the day do you.

Thanks. Yeah I guess I'll have to do that or something similiar. Trying not to eat up a key but guess no way around it as it would be cover to cover.
