I'm OK with Flash and did but am trying to redesign a non-flash page. Real simple, is the layout for it, but how do you cut it up so the header and navigation don't change, but the content does. I want the whole page to scroll if necessary, not just the content area. I know iframes, don't want that... I tried frames and feel restricted. I'm trying to figure out CSS??? Any suggestions or pointers to a tutorial on building a multi page site in dreamweaver would be very appreciated.

The easiest thing would be to create a layout using the all importan html layout tags such as DIV's. [blue]<div></div>[/blue]

You'll have to create the independent images for the buttons if you want, and the background image. Any image editor can help you slice the image that you showed us. It will then be up to you to create the appropriate html tags to acommodate them.
