Simple Help Needed.

Hi,

Is there any way to open tcp port like 21 and 23 on a server
for remote login.

Pls help.

From what I know, you just need to be running the appropriate service in order for the ports to be open (i.e. ftp/telnet).

Those ports are always open, it is not the server blocking them, but a firewall would.
But, even open, nothing will happen if there is no service running to handle them, as wolf2x mentioned.
