Simple form problem

For some reason this form will not generate the success page if the userid and password are correct. I know it's a simple problem but I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone please look at this code and tell me what the problem is. Thanks in advance your help and/or sugguestions:

Have you tried printing the values of $userid and $pswd to see if they contain the correct values. I don't use the CGI module, but it doesn't look like you're getting the values of the form fields correctly.
