Simple ACD problem 1

I have a very simple ACD with 3 agents and a supervisor. I swear this thing was acting right before I went to lunch! The problem I have now is that calls get the night treatment even if there is an agent online, but in MSB. Should that happen? I really need them to queue in case my agents are busy and/or wrapping up. I have rebuilt everything. Also, my Display Agent button isn't working on the supervisor phone. Acewarlock said it.....they can't be "on line" and in Make Set Busy. Make Set Busy logs them out. If they are getting night treatment, no one is logged into the queue. Or if you put a nite button on the supervisor set, the supervisor could have put it into nites.
 
Been a long week guys :) take it easy on me this time!
