No. A style can contain mymbering or bullets at the begining, but nothing at the end.
Depending on exactly what it is your are trying to achieve, you could put in a three column table with a symbol in the first and last narrow columns leaving the wide centre column for text.
But I cannot be more specific because I cannot for the life of me guess what you are trying to achive doping this. Why can't you just type the symbols at the start and end of typing the text?
Or you could possibly use Find and Replace. For example, you could find a Stop+return and replace it with symbol+stop+return.
Again, a Style is simply a defined format structure. That can include, as tf mentions, being a numbered list structure, or having bullets, but there is no provision for defining the content sturcture of an end.
I agree with tf. Can you clarify what it is you are trying to do a bit better? Is there some issue with simply inserting whatever symbol it is at the end of your text?
What sort of symbols are you talking about? So far I've not seen any mention of what they are - just text.
With the correct style defintions, you can create paragraphs that have specific symbols and/or text & numbers inserted before any of the text you type. You can't do the same for anything that follows the typed text, though (unless you use right-to-left language settings) - that's not the way styles work.
Maybe you want a template. A document that has some headings and other text and fields(space) for the user to add more text.
Other things that may be of use:
Hold shift when you press return and a new line rather than new para is created. Use this knowledge with..
You can specify the style that is to be used for the following paragraph (after you press the return/new paragraph key).
