SIM card is full

One of my users is getting a message on his blackberry saying his SIM card is full??? What does this mean and how do I resolve it?


Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

It most likely means that you have reached the limit of phone messages allowed by your provider.

You will not receive any more messages until you delete some of them.

Tell him not to save his phonebook to the sim card and to clean out his SMS's.

Exactly how does one go about deleting his SMS messages? Is it under the options menu or what?
